Meet Joe

Joe, Co-Founder and CEO of Expert Virtual Agent Solutions (EVAS), brings a wealth of experience and a strong customer-first ethos to the service industry. He began his career in Norway’s hotel industry, where he rose from a greeter and waiter to roles as bartender, sous chef, and receptionist. His dedication to customer satisfaction has always been at the heart of his career.

During the pandemic, Joe’s entrepreneurial spirit drove him to co-found a leading delivery service in Davao City, Philippines. He led a team of 30 skilled and committed riders who consistently delivered exceptional food, grocery, and errand services, establishing the company as one of the most trusted delivery services in the area.

Renowned for his empathy and supportive leadership, Joe prioritizes the well-being of his team, fostering a positive work environment that enhances both job satisfaction and customer service. His dedication, problem-solving skills, and can-do attitude make him a natural fit for the service industry. Adding to his diverse background, Joe holds a degree in filmmaking and is fluent in Norwegian, with a working knowledge of basic Spanish and French. 

Outside of work, Joe enjoys playing house poker, gardening, and crafting exceptional coffee. A self-taught barista, he started by brewing for the office and has now expanded his coffee creations to delight customers beyond EVAS. And of course, he loves hanging out with his dogs, Molly, Magellan, Lapu Lapu, Jack, and Jill.

Our Story

Joe and Tom, the dynamic co-founders of EVAS, bring a wealth of experience and passion to their work in the service industry. Born into a family of hard-working farmers, they were instilled with values such as punctuality, passion, and integrity from a young age, which have stayed with them throughout their lives. They understand the value of manpower and the importance of taking care of employees as a top priority for business success.

Although they pursued different career paths initially, Joe in Sales and Marketing, and Tom in Psychology, they eventually found their way back to the service industry. Their shared desire to serve others and use their talents to help people led them to the path of customer service.

Tom’s expertise in real estate virtual assistance and his vision of simplifying the lives of agents and brokers, allowing them to focus on their core responsibilities, is a driving force behind EVAS.
