Meet Joe

the co-founder and CEO of Expert Virtual Agent Solutions (EVAS). With a wealth of experience in the service industry, Joe has a long history in the hotel industry in Norway, starting from the ground up as a greeter and waiter and working his way up to bartender, sous chef, and receptionist.

His passion for customer satisfaction has always been a driving force in his career. Joe’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found one of the most cost-efficient and excellent delivery services in Davao City, Philippines during the pandemic. Leading a team of 30 efficient and dedicated riders who provided unparalleled food delivery, errand services, and grocery shopping experiences, making them one of the most go-to delivery services in the city.

Joe’s caring and empathetic nature have earned him a reputation as a compassionate leader who always puts his team’s needs first. Whether it’s offering support, guidance, or simply lending an ear, Joe is always there for his team, helping them navigate any challenges they may encounter. His dedication to his team’s well-being has created a positive work environment, resulting in increased job satisfaction and improved customer service. In his free time, Joe enjoys spending time with his family and his beloved dogs, Via, Jack, and Jill. Joe and Tom, the dynamic co-founders of EVAS, bring a wealth of experience and passion to their work in the service industry. Born into a family of hard-working farmers, they were instilled with values such as punctuality, passion, and integrity from a young age, which have stayed with them throughout their lives. They understand the value of manpower and the importance of taking care of employees as a top priority for business success.

Although they pursued different career paths initially, Joe in Sales and Marketing, and Tom in Psychology, they eventually found their way back to the service industry. Their shared desire to serve others and use their talents to help people led them to the path of customer service.
